This Sampler shows the basic stitches and techniques used in most Bunka Embroidery kits. It is designed as a classroom teaching aid and is available to qualified Bunka Embroidery Teachers. It is most effective when used in step by step instruction program, combining the sampler with a suitable kit. The stitch or technique is learned on the Sampler and then applied onto a compatible kit. At the end of the course ( 5-6 weeks ), students have learned and applied most of the stitches used in the Tokyo Bunka Catalogue.
The Sampler comes with: Printed fabric and bunka thread.
